Seeking clean and tidy flatmate to share with 3 others in CHULLORA, New South Wales for sale

I have a room for rent in my 4 bedroom, two storey townhouse. The room comes furnished with Queen sized bed, wardrobes and rent include WIFI internet, local telephone calls, electricity, gas and water. Rent is $170 per week. Two weeks bond is also required.
Town house comes completely furnished with gas cooking, internal laundry, paved courtyard, tiles on ground floor and new carpets upstairs. There is a shared bathroom for three people and a second toilet downstairs.
The town house is in good condition and located 1.2 km (10 minute brisk walk) from either Punchbowl/Wiley Park stations, close to bus stations and 5 mins walk from Greenacre shops (Halal food shops, specialty shops and Coles etc).
Looking clean and tidy flatmates. We are three easy going Muslim males who seek other similiar minded flatmates. We do not drink alcohol and keep a pork-free household and therefore seek like minded peoples.
Suit professionals, Uni student or overseas student. People from non All nationalities welcome. Outside smokers OK.
Prefer long term flatmate.
